2012 6 x 6 Track Poll

Just to get this started, and a general consensus of opinion, I'm looking to have 2 of the QEDRC events at Thompson, 1 at Quaker City, 1 at Lucky's and 1 at Magnolia. All of these tracks are within 100 miles of Mercer. There is a poll to see which one of the remaining tracks is the one we'll go to. The 3 tracks are are listed with the distance from Mercer and they are: Pittsburgh 93 miles, Steel Valley 103 miles and D42 at 108 miles.

I don't know this as fact, but I feel pretty sure both Steel Valley and D42 might give us a break on the cost of racing that day. Steel Valley is under new management and I'm sure would welcome us. I talked to Toby Ehrmantraut at D42 last year and they were looking forward to our visit. I don't see Pittsburgh offering us anything, but I might be wrong.

I'm going to leave this poll up for a while and once I see the votes stop being registered, the track with the most votes will be the final pick.

I sent out a mass e-mailing of all the addresses I got from Toot a while back. I was trying to inform everyone that had a e-mail addy about the upcoming 6 x 6 club tour and to vote for the last remaining track. Many of these addresses weren't able to go through because the accounts are no longer valid or possibly there were spelling errors.

at the last meeting it was motioned, seconded and voted in that all memebers must attend at least one of the 6x6 races or they will be on a vote out list next fall. unless someone has a valid reason not to attend one race during the summer or isnt active in the qedrc then they can be voted out of the club. This motion was to get members to the track, where we can be seen. I think they club sing in book with be present at each 6x6 race.
