Dragstrip in Seneca

I got a message from a friend saying the drag strip outside Seneca is a no go now. I guess the twon of Seneca is saying there will be too much noise associated with the track. Strange turn of events because I thought he had all his ducks in a row.

i heard it was a done deal to and that he already put alot of money into it and that the courts through it out cause it was commercial property.that sucks
